Pastor Dee Barrios a 1991 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center is the guest speaker. Dee was licensed and ordained in 1998 under AFCM and served as Administrative Pastor of Agape Church in San Luis Obispo, Ca. for 18 years.

In 2011 she resigned her position at Agape to attend Spanish Language Institute in Costa Rica. 

Dee has returned to San Luis Obispo to co-start a ministry called Agape Unido, a team of diverse believers working together to reach our to the Hispanic Community.
